Studio Stmartin - Cul de Sac

We had very pleasant trip. Met the host, who gave us good tips. Rooms were spacious with 2 single beds.

Everything was spot on.

Located close to a beautiful beach on the windy wavy side of the island, this hotel offers a stunning oceanfront view complete with palm trees. Guests can easily access the nearest beach or take a short trip to Pinel Island for a more suitable swimming option. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms have a unique outdoor feel, with a screened opening between the walls and the roof. The hosts are friendly and responsive, offering helpful recommendations and even providing delivery from a nearby restaurant.

One downside is that some guests were disappointed by the lack of bar soap in the bathrooms and kitchens, and the need to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and liquid dish soap.

Stayed here with my dogs and overall enjoyed this apartment.

stayed here with my dogs, everything was wonderful. facilities included an iron, a coffee/tea maker and multi-channel television, liked that. the location was unbelievable very close to pinel island, and grocery shopping, restaurants, and the main road that rings the island, and had everything you needed.

This place is a little paradise! the location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just near the hotel. the suite is beautifully decorated, with an outdoor kitchen that overlooks the ocean. the bathroom is like something out of a magazine, with an outdoor feel and plants as part of the flooring. the hosts are so friendly and helpful, and the dogs are adorable and well-behaved.

The beach on the property isn't ideal for swimming, but there are plenty of other beautiful beaches nearby.

It has a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators.

We had a pleasant stay in Saint Martin very close to sandy Beach, the Studio Pinel, sea. Bruno was the best owner ever. It was marvellous on the ocean😀👍

A peaceful and secluded location with stunning views of the bay. The suite was beautifully decorated and had an outdoor kitchen, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. The hosts, Bruno and Carole, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool and beach in the backyard were perfect for relaxation. The option to use the free kayaks and visit Pinel Island was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in St. Martin.

I absolutely loved the secluded and peaceful location of Studio Stmartin. The beachfront view with palm trees was stunning. The open-air kitchenette and spacious studio were perfect for a budget traveler like me. The comfortable king-sized bed and extra single beds provided ample sleeping space. The warm breeze and complimentary white terry cloth robes made me feel truly relaxed. Bruno, the owner, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help with car rental and making calls for us. The friendly dogs were a delightful bonus. a gem of a place with great owners who catered to all our needs.

Felt right at home here, there was nothing to complain about.

We had a great time during our xmas getaway. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful oceanfront view and a peaceful atmosphere. The suite was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a superb view of the bay. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our meals while enjoying the ocean breeze.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The towels provided were rather hard and not ideal for use after a day in the sun.
